Thank you for your interest in having your own PT Month “Let’s ALL Get Moving!” campaign at your facility! Following is the information and materials that you will need to carry this out. All materials may be printed and copied, however wristbands and charms are no longer available

  1. Begin by reading the PT Month 2007 Overview. Decide if and how you want to be involved; this could be just for PT Month, or it could also include phase two, which runs through December, and phase three which runs through January.
  2. Print the Cover Letter and use it to share information about “Let’s ALL Get Moving!” with your facility administrator and staff. After you have received any necessary administrative approval, determine the number of participants. Share the Cover Letter with the participants and/or parents. This may also be used for a newsletter article at your facility or local APTA Chapter.
  3. Use the Order Form to order your bracelets and charms. Please submit as soon as possible. You must be a member of the APTA to order. There is no charge to Section on Pediatrics members. There is a $10 processing fee for non-Section members
